½ oz pineapple juice
¼ oz apricot brandy
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with an orange zest.

2 oz Panamá-Pacific Rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 teaspoon grenadine
6 drops maraschino liqueur
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a cherry.

1 ½ oz Panamá-Pacific Rum
1 oz lime juice
1 tsp maple syrup
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

LAUGHING BOY

In a rocks glass, stir to combine:
½ teaspoon sugar
1 dash Angostura bitters

oz Italian vermouth

Add:
2 oz Panamá-Pacific Rum

¾ oz French vermouth

JAUNTY ANGLE

1 ½ oz Panamá-Pacific Rum
¾ oz rye whiskey
1 teaspoon g
reen Chartreuse
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash Angostura orange bitters
1 teaspoon g
omme syrup or 2:1 rich simple syrup
Stir with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with an orange zest.

QUEEN’S PARK SWIZZLE

3 oz Panamá-Pacific Rum
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz s
imple syrup
3 heavy dashes Angostura bitters
fresh mint
Add all ingredients and a half-hull of the spent lime into a Collins glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice and swizzle until the glass frosts over. Garnish with a large sprig of mint. Serve with a straw.divider

MT. BAKER BEAKER

In a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, stir to combine:
2 oz Panamá-Pacific Rum
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
¾ oz
pineapple juice
¾ oz
water

ALTERNATE: omit ice, substitute hot water and add 1 pat of butter.
